CartoonSmart's Flash 8 Tutorial on Smoke and Clouds tutorial teaches how to illustrate and animate realistic clouds from scratch. Using some of simplest Flash tools (like the paint brush) you can quickly brush in some simple shapes then use the new Flash 8 filters to blur them into a smoke effect.
